Yoga & Sound Bath at Weaver Cave Preserve
Spend the morning moving through beginner-friendly yoga led by Alex Paige, an Anniston local, in front of the main entrance of Weaver Cave. We will also be treated to a sound bath, which is an immersive experience created using singing bowls.
What to bring:
Yoga mat (mats will not be provided)
Any props you may want (ex: blocks, bolster, etc)
Signs will indicate where to park.
