Originally from the Atlanta area, Alex graduated from Colgate University with a degree in Geology and subsequently received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. Outside his time with the Land Trust, Alex previously served as a staff attorney for Judge David P. Darden in Cobb County, Georgia, and worked in private practice in Birmingham, Alabama. Alex now resides in Trussville, Alabama, and enjoys turkey hunting, fly fishing on the Cahaba River, and exploring the outdoors with his wife and two children.
